This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by Creator Network Tools LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to scnetwork.biz, email services, and related platform features (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Intended Use
The Services are intended for professional and business-related use only, including creator outreach, brand communication, and legitimate professional correspondence.
Personal, consumer, or recreational use of the Services is not permitted.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
Email and Messaging Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (“spam”)
- Mass emailing recipients without proper consent
- Using purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists
- Email bombing, flooding, or automated campaigns that exceed reasonable use
- Phishing, spoofing, or deceptive email practices
- Misrepresenting sender identity or domain ownership
Fraud, Deception, and Misrepresentation
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
- Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
- False claims regarding sponsorships, partnerships, or affiliations
Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- Content that exploits or harms minors
Platform and Infrastructure Abuse
- Circumventing service limits or safeguards
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Reselling, sub-licensing or sharing accounts without permission
- Activities that materially degrade service performance or stability
3. Usage Limits
Usage must remain within reasonable and intended operational thresholds. Activity that materially increases infrastructure costs, creates deliverability risks, or threatens service integrity may be restricted, limited, or billed separately.
We reserve the right to define, adjust, and enforce usage limits at our discretion.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect the integrity of the Services, we may:
- Monitor usage patterns
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict features or access
- Remove or block content
Enforcement actions may be taken with or without notice.
5. No Expectation of Continuity
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund. We are not obligated to restore access or data following enforcement actions.
6. Reporting Abuse

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Relationship to Terms of Service
This AUP is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
